Gnarlie, Your attempt to twist this into a partisan bash is not appropriate! As for my caution regarding "Bev Harris" (not K. Harris), anyone can spend the same 45 minutes I did using Google - there's plenty to read. I carefully avoided stating any specifics. But anyone that's been around understands that people sometimes have hidden agendas while pretending to be neutral. I have a real concern based upon my reading. YMMV As for electronic voting, there have been hundreds of well researched papers by highly qualified people warning about the premature push into EV, even without considering connecting to the internet. No need to rehash that here. Let's just hope for the best. My last comment to the list. //Jack Date sent: Tue, 2 Nov 2004 12:14:26 -0700 Send reply to: Gnarlodious <gnarlodious@EARTHLINK.NET> From: Gnarlodious <gnarlodious@EARTHLINK.NET> Subject: Re: Largest diameter... failures in politics.
