I need to replace the battery and alternator on my 83 1.6l diesel and am
wondering what peoples thoughts are on battery makes/amps.  Also, I have a
stock alternator in there and have read that I might want to put a beefier
one in there seeing as I will be heating SVO once I get my two tank system
in.  Any thoughts on which/size alternator to put in there?
