If you DO get a stove top espresso maker, be sure it is a heavy-duty
stainless steel one (like a Bialetti), not a cheap, and possibly unsafe,
aluminum job.  I got mine on e-bay, but you have to read carefully to see if
you are getting stainless steel.  The first one I got was defective - got a
refund.  The second one I got was a Bialetti but they sent aluminum instead
of stainless.  They traded it back and on the third try I got the right one.
It works beautifully.
