We already have.  Sears is now part of Kmart.  How about that for a turn
around.  File BK and then come out of it and buy up a competitor as a
merger.

get out of Sears and K Mart stock and once again leave the little investor
with it stuck in him ....................

They did this just before Christmas to empty their now failing retail store
