Subject: would these tires fit?

Hi all,

I have a set of Michelins sized 235/75 15. Assuming I
got the proper rims, would these fit on my 85 Vanagon
(they came off a Ford Ranger I used to own).

thanks,
Jeff

PS: Nice sighting in Twin Cities last week--a very
clean Buttercup Yellow Westfalia coming down the
freeway entrance at I-394 and Highway 100.
