Subject:Re: Clutch Master Cylinder

Bill,

I changed the clutch master on my 88 GL.

I didn not try to bleed the entire clutch system. After installation I
found that the clutch master will self bleed. Put new fluid in the tank,
made sure I had fluid through the new clutch master, tightened the
fittings, then pumped the pedal rapidly full stroke for 75- 100 times.
The system cleared of air and Ive had proper pedal ever since.

Regards,

John Rodgers
88 GL Driver
