who has the best quality steering rack, price, warranty?

Napa has them for around $300 and offers a 2 year warranty if you buy it with thier credit card. What are some of the warranties on the racks from vanagain, busdepot etc.... and quality?

The reason for my concern is that the previous owner of my van replaced the rack last year in Sept and has not put more that 7K miles on the vehicle. I dont want to be replacing the rack every couple of years.
