Hi All,

High ratio rocker arms, up to 1.4:1 I believe, are available
for our vehicles.  Do they improve performance?  Do they
contribute to excessive valve, valve seat, or valve train
wear?  If you have them or have used them, I'd be really
interested to hear your experiences.

My main concern is if they are any good, why didn't VW
include them from the factory?  It can't cost any more
to make 1.4:1 rocker arms than 1.1:1.  (Unless they used
the same mould they built in 1960, which wouldn't surprise
me.)
