I have found that if one needs something that is ICE cold, or to have ice
itself, bringing a cooler along with a 20lb bag of ice helps a lot. Zip lock
baggies are nice to fill with ice and thrown in the westy fridge to keep the
food stuff cold, and the cooler w/ice is perfect for
soda/water/beer/whathaveyou.

You could probably even mount it in some sort of fashion.
