The front seats, in my 90 Carat, are not tight in the track. I've pulled them
out, even traded sides, and they both still move from side to side and front
to back. The adjusting bar is dropping into the slotted track but there is
still some play. The plastic inserts are in place. The Vanagon has 90,000 miles
on it so I don't think age is the problem. Any diagnostic help would be
appreciated.
Again, the movement is very slight, but still disconcerting when driving.
I've tightened the allen head bolts on the underside of the seats.
