You really gotta learn to relax a little and allow people room for error.
It was probably either a) a typo of "20 years", or b) an error of omission
when trying to say "Vanagons and buses". It's probably an honest mistake
rather than "BS", and if you're truly sick of honest mistakes you're doomed
to get sicker here.
