yup. that's what he sez. here's the message i got roundabout from
vintagebus.com ...
(me, i'm suspicious when a dealership claims to want to sell something
at 'cost')

------ original message -----------

Hey all ,

Any list members interested in a 1991 vanagon. I am volkswagen
technician
at White Allen Volkswagen In Dayton Ohio. We currently have a vanagon
that runs and drives it has not been driven on the road for about a
year
I personally fixed this vehicle for a poor running condition and the
owner
never paid the bill. we have a current title in our name and would
like
to sell it for the cost of our expense 600 dollars
