I have DSL highspeed. But according to those attachments mine is wired for the '85-'91 Vanagon, but I don't need to do the conversion wiring for the Clock to Tach. Mine is already wired this way. I checked a few minuted ago and the Red for the clock is at #5 and the Green for the tach is at #9. I guess I need to check the other end when I get home and make sure that I am connected to the coil. >Here is the tach dash wiring order, by color. pin# wire color 1 gray/blue 2 >blue/white 3 brown 4 >empty 5 red 6 yellow/red 7 violet/black 8 black 9 >green 10 blue/red 11 blue 12 empty (yellow on >2.1 engines) 13 blue/black >14 blue/green This is what I have. I don't know what the discrepencie is on the '85 models but if it helps, mine was manufactered 10/84 and was bought and driven in Germany for about a year before it was imported. Thanks for the info, Michael Knight '77 Westy Deluxe, "el Verde" '85 Vanagon GL, nameless
