Realizing that we've all had 'moments' with some of the list vendors,
remember folks, they ARE human.  Yes, BD once messed up an order, but they
did straighten it out..  Sometimes it can be telephone tag with VanAgain,
but hey, he is running a repair shop also!

As for VanAgain, let me take this opportunity to publically thank Ken for
all his advice over the years.  My thanks for all the times I've called with
'dumb' questions, and he's put up with answering them.
