I would like to adjust my brakes through the holes provided to move those little ratchets that probably don't self adjust as they should.  My handbrake is too high.  
I would like to know: which way is the righ and the left side should be adjusted.  One is to 'down' and the other is to 'up'.  The question is: which to adjust 'up' or 'down'.
Any of you know?
