im not sure what I can check this time.

The last time it didnt work, the timed heat did but you couldnt just switch
it on. eventually i realized the wipers werent on either and replaced the
fuse.

this time neither the timed heat or just switching it on works, and the
wipers are still working.

what can I check this time around?
