There are several styles of compact LED arrays that are designed to be used on motorcycles. Some are stick on, some screw mount. Try your local BMW dealer or Sportbike dealer. I've thought about sticking one under each power mirror. I've also thought about replacing the rear side lights with LEDs that could also function as blinkers.
