 is the heater cover panel cracked?  ive had good luck with this stuff called
"Plastic Welder" made by Devcon.   its awesome stuff.. bonds any hard
plastics..  can also be used to fill chips/holes in plastics, and can be sanded and
shaped after it dries.   most likely available at your local hardware store..
