Beware! It may seem so, until the CDN recipient gets an invoice in the mail 10 days
later for $30-40 brokerage fees, and GST+duty! This has happened to me on both
the FedEx shipments I received in the past month from the US. In each case, the
invoice was about 40% of the cost of the item! (Both were Cicso switches). On the
other hand, I believe I have received stuff via FedEx before without getting an invoice
in the mail...
