While on this subject and not to hijack the thread, but I work in my garage
have to older R-12 units and want to continue on with the guide of others
who are using the R-12.

So how do I get it and do it myself? I saw a mention of online exam. I would
like to take it to the freezer and chill this summer done in Texas and not
blame the antiquated system of the VW's I love so much.
