You, of all people, certainly have a headrest or two lying around.  Dye
(really paint) one.  Body shop supply houses have the right stuff in pints or
aerosols.  At one time, replacement dashpads from the factory were only available
in black and the bodyman was expected to dye (paint) them whatever color was
needed.
