I cleaned the AFM and I ran a thick ground cable (8 gauge) all the way
from the negative terminal on the battery to the starter...haven't
bucked since...

So far I have the following;
1.  AFM wiper arm path cleaning,
2.  Installing the magic VW cable or a capacitor between 2 and 4.
3.  Change the AFM
4.  Change fuel filter,
5.  Clean ground cables

Any more ideas?
