The Hall sender went bad on my '87 Westfalia. I ordered a new one and am attempting to install it. Driving the pin out of the end piece was not easy, but I got it. Driving the shaft out of the distributor body was even worse. Now, after replacing the hall sender, driving the shaft back in is impossible. I have it half way in and it is stalled. Is it supposed to be this difficult? Any hints or tips? Tom Illinois
