never heard of that..   got a good friend in san jose who just bought a old
audi off craigslist, for the wheels, and parted the rest of the car out, then
took it down to hayward hard and unloaded it..  he never had a "junking
certificate"..  ive known other cali listmembers who've parted out vw's, and this is
the first time ive ever heard mention of a "junking certificate" in cali.

hmm.. is this one of Ahhnold's new laws?
