Just got back from a wonderful 1000mi trip to the mountains of NC. A little hiking, a little camping, and a little Arts and Crafts looking in Asheville on Sunday. Easily the best weekend I've had in awhile! Camped in the Pisgah forest ranger district for two nights - one up by the parkway (COLD) and the next in a campground on the valley floor (NICE). Getting to the first campsite required running up a gravel access road, mostly in first. Mot much gravel left, either! Mucho thanks to whomever posted the tip awhile ago about hanging a blanket to form a 'tent' over sleeping people. Made things much warmer at night in the 20's, expect for my feet. Cut down considerably on condensation, too. Van ran great for the entire run, except for refusing to start once during a pit stop (bad spot on the solenoid) and a progressively worse throttle action. Not fun, and very tiring since small throttle movements were a major chore. Have begun to see signs of age on the LTX tires too. Will replace. So, for the throttle body - does anyone have a 1.9 throttle in good condition, or know of one in a VA yard? thanks, john
