Jim,

$141 is a little steep. They have gone up in the last year due to the weak
dollar (thanks GW), however, you should be able to find them for about $120
(ee sell them for $119.42), plus shipping if necessary.

Cheers,

Jeff

Subject: Window motor saga

After all my trouble in tracing down the problem in the wiring, it's
the motor after all.

I called a local bosch motor rebuilder to ask what he could do about
it. This motor was bought new no more than two years ago, mind you.
It's the passenger side, it never gets used, so there was about 3
minutes of use on the motor, no kidding.

The rebuilder asked if it was a window motor. I said it was. He said
they had to throw them away, there was no way to fix them. And this is
a Bosch motor, you wouldn't think it would be a piece of junk but it
was. That's now a 141.00 part with shipping! Ridiculous.

Jim
