I recently saw a '79 Bus with A/C where the compressor and related hoses
were under the bus to the left.  There was a section of the tin cut out
to the left of the crankshaft pulley and that was where the A/C drive
belt hooked to the crankshaft pulley.  Compressor was this big square
piston type compressor...

There was enough other things wrong with the Bus that I didn't feel like
crawling around under it and didn't buy it...
