My drivers side window fell down - I got the panel mostly off and kind of
gerry-rigged it up....is  this a common occurrence and what could it be?
It seems to be sliding up and down on the vertical piece, and the handle
rolls around both ways....

I just didn't have time to figure out how to get the door handle off....
