There was a post a while back on the syncro yahoo group by Rainer Wiotok on how to put in a buzzer for the lights. It's on my to do list. I did wire in the stereo so that the radio stays on until I remove the key instead of turning off when I turn off thee engine (same post). There was also a follow up post with a correction to the correct number relay. I can forward it to you or you can check the archives. peter ----- Original Message ----- From: "Al and Sue Brase" <albeeee@MCHSI.COM> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Monday, March 07, 2005 9:50 AM Subject: Re: Light buzzer > If I'm not mistaken, there is a LIGHT to remind you that you left the > lights on, but you'd have to have your eyes open while walking away from > the vanagon to see it! :<) > Al Brase > > Paul Guzyk wrote: > >> I'm pretty sure there is only a buzzer if you leave the keys in the >> ignition and open the drivers door, but nothing to remind you your >> lights are on. >> >> >> >>> Does the 84GL Vanagon have a buzzer for when you leave the lights on >>> and turn off the ignition or leave the vehicle? >> >> >
