Volks, I just wanted to take a little 60,000 mile drive around the country. I didn't want to learn about bores, cranks, cams, o2 sensors, ECU's, tire technology, figgin cracked heads or high compression time bomb waxerboxer engines. In spite of spending a fair amnt of money of doing lots of preventive maintacne and replacing damn near every major componet on the vehicle, I did learn a fair amount about these things and a hell of a lot more. No matter what Benny Boy may claim :) I've been on the side of some of the most scenic roads in the US and Canada. I've seen incredible things and met even more incredible people. And I wouldn't change a thing. Fact .... no other vehicle platform could have gotten me where I've been for anywhere near the amt of $$$ invested in the Haus. When I see the recent negative posts .... from a few people "Just Don't Get It" I feel sorry for them. They are really missing an opportunity for some incredible experiences. P/S ... more and more I'm becoming one with the "Haus" :) We both now have cracked heads. larry chase roadhaus.com
