Try craigslist for the vancouver & seattle area. Not much in Vancouver, but
lots in Seattle. Also try the Buy&Sell, http://www.buysell.com - there are
about a dozen listings on there right now.

For wreckers, last time I was over there (10+ years ago), one big wrecker
had the monopoly on everything it seemed. Don't know how it is now.
Malahatautoparts.com, and tomcatauto.com (both in Victoria) are probably
your best bet. Tomcat doesn't seem to do much Vanagon stuff anymore.
