Probably not what your question is about, but on my Westy it comes in under
the canvas bead above the driver's head, along the molding down to the floor
left of the driver and along/under the carpet and up under the dash. My unit
is mounted on the dash next to the ash tray area. Easier to get to for
tuning for me as I usually travel alone. Also easier to use the remote from
bed as I can clearly see it.
