OK - so I pulled into the garage tonight and tried to turn off the
headlights and the switch was stuck in the on position.

(Thank goodness that the dash covers comes off so easy.)

I pulled off the dash cover and grabbed the headlight switch from the rear
to unplug it...ouch...HOT, HOT, HOT.

I know some people have done the relay thing to increase headlight
brightness...but anyone seen this before?
