I, too, know not why. I have not had any problems at all with the Bosch
rebuilds. (Nor with the U.S. rebuilds that I sell, for that matter.)   The
ones to avoid are generally the generic no-name rebuilts found at the
discount chains. As for new Bosch units, they are not available.
