I removed mine with a flat head screwdriver bit and a small crescent wrench
to turn the bit once I had it in the screw slot.  Once you get the screw
started you can likelly just turn the bit with your fingers.  As I recall,
everything just fall out once you get the screw out so be carefull not to
lose the spring that is in there.
