Dear List members,
I've searched the archives and read a lot about powersteering leaks and
squeals.

Mine is doing neither.

Over the past 2 weeks while turning the steering wheel it's seems to lose
it's power assist, then as I turn it more, it the power assist comes back.

Does this mean I probably need a rebuilt rack...I just replaced the hoses
last fall. The fluid is full and no leaks.

Any trouble shooting ideas would be great.
