To fill the transmission you need to use a suction pump/device. Draw the fluid out of the bottle into the suction device and then insert the hose to expel the fluid into the transmission case. I did this with the help of a friend and vanagon expert Paul Guyzk. The suction device was bought at Kragen. However, unless I start taking off hoses and shifting rods (and maybe not even then) there doesn't seem any way to get the oil into the filler hole. Is there some trick to doing that? There's always some trick I didn't know about. Your help is greatly appreciated as always. Bill H. 88 GL __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Personals - Better first dates.
