I'm removing my old stock exhaust system fom my '84 westy / 1.9 to put
on a new S&S system.

Everything has gone well except  I cant get  the rear pipe off because
it wont clear the  coolant elbow and come off the top stud of the
driver side rear exhaust port.  Is removing the elbow my best bet?
