hi jim..  im sure others will chime in as well.. the reason mike is looking
for one is because someone USED it as a griddle.. :<(   if you use them as a
griddle, they warp the stainelss steel.. when i got the 80 westy i have now, the
DPO used the heat shield as a griddle , and it was completely
distorted...looked like a fun-house mirror..but black instead of shiny..  i was fortunate to
have one from another 80 westy i parted..
