My 1990 Carat, with 85,000 miles, has a noisy lifter after sitting for a few days without being started.  The oil and filter are changed every 3,000 miles and the oil looks very clean at 3,000. It takes about 8-10 minutes before the lifter quiets down. Is this something I should be concerned about?
