Go to backpackerspantry.com where you can see a great portable oven small enough for backpacking, but which would be great in a westy.  You use it on the regular burner.  They make a 10 inch model and a 12 inch model.  I've eaten treats from one of these ovens before and it was amazing, but I have not used one myself.  They are popular for making small pizzas as well as bread, cakes, brownies, etc.

If you go to backpacker.com (the magazine's website) and click 'gear' and then 'cookware' you can read some reviews of the oven.
