I recently installed a "HogLite", which is a 3rd brake light designed for mounting under the Tour Pack of a Harley Davidson motorcycle, at the rear shelf of my '85 Westy. Actually, it is made up of 50 LEDs and would be fantastic if my rear glass weren't tinted with "Limo" film. Even with the dark tint it is visible in the daylight, though not particularly attention getting, and works ok at night. I'm considering trying to cut out an area of the film tint directly in line with the light. I don't want to mess up the part that I don't want to remove, though. Any Suggestions?
