I have not seen one like it that I can think of, but on a related note, and for anyone in Canada, Princess Auto has an ATV Rack Bag that makes a pretty good luggage rack gizmo. It measures 36" x 18" x 10" thick. Its regular price is $59.99 Canadian but it's on for half price until the end of May. It has a silly foam insert in its bottom, but that can easily be removed.
