But your pictures are much funnier than ours! What does it signify, that the only people foolish enough to actually head out full time in a Vanagon - on the road, not in someone's driveway - are the ones who don't know anything about car mechanics? Hmm... Joy p.s. After a spending a whole extra day trying to get my van working properly and wasting most of the holiday on it, Billy Hirt (who most sensibly is not on this list) said "in a way I'd like to never see another 2.1 liter engine again. But if we had to do it all again tomorrow I'd happily do it!" Make a note, anyone who's planning to need a new engine on the road! **************************************************************** Joy Hecht and Matilda, 1989 Burgundy Vanagon For musings about life and the vanadventures: http://users.rcn.com/jhecht/gypsy **************************************************************** :::-----Original Message----- :::From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM] On Behalf :::Of Benny boy :::Sent: Tuesday, May 31, 2005 10:22 AM :::To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM :::Subject: Re: whether Joy is going to BusFusion, and lots of thanks!
