Oil level is also a critical. An extra cup will cause the oil the oil to heat up and cause all sorts of oil pressure problems especially at hi speeds. Most of the oil light fixes after removing Fram filters were really fixes from removing that extra oil. I have a list of local mechanics - Petersons in Port Angeles, Louis in Seattle, Harmony in Bellingham, Import Auto in Seattle, Rudi's in Port Townsend - any others to add (or ideas on these)? The debate rages on - if you are going to do one head gasket do thhe other, if you are going to pull the engine....it's worth it...you don't have to pull the engine....of course you can do just one!
