Hello All:

Sometime ago I repainted my 1990 Carat...but ignored
some rust spots just under the rubber seals on the
side windows.  It has come back to haunt me as the
spots are getting bigger.

Anybody recommend a good fix (I don't want to have to
pull the windows and rubber if I can help it)
