Hello, to tighten the latch, you will need a screwdriver "bit".Maybe a long
one. The access hole is out of sight on the bottom.Put the bit into the
hose, and turn it with a pliers till tight.Else get an off set
screwdriver.The screw is way up there, so this may not reach.
