Esme's all girl.

Simon wanted to name her 'Desdemona' or 'Esmerelda' just because he
liked the way those words sound.

I don't think much of that Desdemona chick. She needed to whup that
boy upside the head and demand, "why for you listening to that Iago
<expletive deleted> instead of me who's been with you all along?!?!?".
Or at least she needed to say "If this is the way you're gonna' treat
me, I'm outta' here!'. But instead she stays "loyal" until "death".
Wotta' lame dame!!!

At least Esmerelda did what she needed to do to minimize the
<expletive deleted> that life was tossing her way.

So, 'Esmerelda' she is. :-) and 'Blanc' ... well, we're already in
Paris. And 'Blanc' ... what else to name a white ...
