Hello, I have heard that one can roll the cable in graphite. Dont know
where to get this though. Maybe a  door lock lubricant will work. the kind
that comes in little squirt bottles. I have asked several parts people
about this, and have never gotten a good answer. I guess they never get
requests for a lub.
