Good morning, I believe that the slant is normal. How is your brake
working? If working good, leave it b.If it is stiff , seeming in need of
grease, the 2 ends of each cable have grease cups. You can fill these
several times ,and squeeze the grease into the sleeve.Most times , I have
found, poor parking brake preformance is a problem inside the drums.
